Chairman Message

SSKEM School believes in the policy stated by Phil Collins-

“In learning you will teach and in teaching you will learn” and hence the instructional paradigm has shifted from a teacher- centered model to learner- centered approach. The School has clearly perceived that student centered method have proved to be superior to the traditional teacher centered approaches. The learners centric approach facilities critical thinking and creative problem solving skill among students. The student centric model leads to student empowerment. The students on their part assume more responsibility of learning. Active learning is achieved by the introduction of interactive methods such as project work, class-assignments, group work and working in pairs, role play brainstorming and use of case studies. The student-centric model adopts various strategies and help students acquire life skills, knowledge management- skills and life- long learning. We wanted quality education to reach every child. Education should not be the premium of the people who can offered it. Usually that is what is happening. The parents who can afford it send their child to the best of the schools and spend a lot of money. Education should be within the reach of common man.. We follow the CBSE board because we believe the CBSE is one of the most dynamic boards. CBSE is so dynamic, its within the reach and in the middle- income society, there are a lot of transfers. So wherever students go they will be following the same thing. Our school is always an evolving vision; that develops from conversation with parents, students and teachers. Achievement is only about satisfaction. We are personally satisfied after starting the school because it makes us feel that we are giving something back to the country and its people. Tomorrow when these students become IAS or big Businessmen, It would be an achievement for us.
