Completion of Class IX and the applicable CBSE transfer conditions must be reviewed before admission can proceed.Programme entry
Class X qualification plus programme confirmation.
A recognised Class X qualification is only one part of the review. Subjects, programme and actual availability at SSKEMS must also be confirmed.Ask about Class XIRestricted entry

Five things should be clear first.
A family should not have to start a formal application before these core admission conditions are understood.
Intended class
Class IX, X, XI and XII do not all use the same admission pathway.
Previous qualification
The completed previous class or recognised equivalent must fit the intended admission.
Transfer context
Restricted classes and school changes may require additional review under the applicable CBSE conditions.
Programme and subjects
Especially for Class XI, the programme and subjects actually available at SSKEMS must be confirmed.
Current availability
Eligibility does not itself confirm that a place is available in the requested class or programme.
Recommended journey
Enquire before preparing the full application.
This keeps families from collecting documents or choosing subjects before the relevant school pathway is confirmed.
Identify the class
Tell admissions whether the enquiry concerns Class IX, X, XI or XII.
Share the previous route
Provide the previous class, school or board and current academic position.
Confirm programme availability
For Class XI, confirm the programme and subjects that can actually be considered.
Review transfer conditions
The school can identify whether any restricted-entry or authority requirement applies.
Start the formal process
Proceed to the correct application and document route only after the pathway is clear.
Important route distinction
CBSE senior secondary and Maharashtra FYJC are not the same route.
The Maharashtra Class XI centralised portal is a separate state admissions system. Do not treat it as the automatic route for an SSKEMS applicant unless the intended programme is confirmed as being governed by that process.
Official CBSE guidance
Transfer and direct-entry conditions should come from the official source.
Review the current CBSE conditions for recognised previous study, qualifying examinations, restricted entry and admission timing.
Considering Classes IX to XII?
Tell us the class and previous board first.
For Class XI, also tell admissions the programme or subjects you are considering so the school can confirm the correct route before formal application.
